Atlantis Resort is the largest project of Atlantis Bulgaria Holding on the territory of Sarafovo South, which includes not only a landscaped residential area, but also a rich infrastructure and public services.

The 5 buildings of the complex form a ship in shape, which seems to be moored in the Burgas Bay. The complex consists of 5 buildings, three of which are connected to each other, and the other two are located closer to the sea and have their own separate entrances;
