The basis of the architectural solution of the complex "Las Brisas" is inspired by the Mediterranean style - a composition of white tones and natural materials - stone and wood. Professionals call it a model of modern Mediterranean style.

The complex consists of four buildings "A", "B", "C" and "D" and underground parking under all buildings. Each of them is on four floors and only in building "D" the living areas are on three floors. The closest to the sea are the buildings "C" and "D.
