EUPHORIA residential complex, Burgas, Horizont district
Euphoria Residential Complex is located in the new Housing Estate of the city of Burgas – Horizont , located next to Izgrev Housing Estate. Its construction started in May 2024 and is expected to continue until May 2027, when the project has to be officially completed.
Euphoria Complex have a total of 292 apartments , including two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with an area between 72 sq. m. and 269 sq. m . They are distributed in 6 separate buildings , each with 9 floors . The residential complex will be gated, and will offer many amenities for the residents.
The complex will have a green park, in which there will be various spaces such as relaxation areas, outdoor yoga and fitness, game tables, children's playground, covered parking spaces . Landscaping of the common areas is also planned.
The structure of the buildings will be distinguished by their functional layouts and tall glass showcases, a construction concept that aims to ensure maximum access to natural sunlight and visual natural landscapes in every home.
A few minutes' walking distance away from the complex, there are key shopping facilities for the city, such as Mall Burgas Plaza, Kaufland, Metro, Lidl , and also a public transport bus stop, Arena Burgas.
The project aims to create conditions for positive emotions in the residents of the newly- built complex on two levels - within the housing and outside it. By choosing the name "Euphoria", the developers of the project use it as a synonym for joy, optimism, enthusiasm, ardour, impetus.
An extremely important point in the design and realization of this new residential complex is to create conditions for harmony and peace, both inside and outside the home. Above all, it focuses on high-quality construction and environmental friendliness .

The Euphoria project is being developed by “ATRIM” Ltd. , an external investor and construction company.
“Atlantis Casa” Ltd. is the owner of the land plot, having granted the building rights to “ATRIM” Ltd. under a contractual agreement (superficies).
The complex has been designed in the distinctive style and quality standards of Atlantis Bulgaria Holding , as part of the new Horizon district in the city of Burgas.
